Annie and Olive in the Fall....

I had fun yesterday sitting in the office for a while and drawing this fall time Annie and Olive.....I like to play in photoshop (don't at the moment have a good vector program...wish I had Illustrator!) and this little cutie is fun to "dress up" - sort of like paperdolls or barbies for a grown up.

I'm excited to announce that I'm going to be a part Poppytalk Handmade Street Fair (read more about it at this link) and will make sure and post a link to my "table" as soon as I receive it.  Should be fun!

I'm headed out to California this week for my first TVWeekly.com shoot since Gillian was born - excited for that and to see all my friends and colleagues!

Oh...and I lied the last time I posted.  It wasn't warm and muggy on my "fall-like" day - it really WAS cool and absolutely wonderfully fallish.  I just hadn't been outside yet when I posted... (must.get.out.of.the.house.more.often .... must.stop.making.cute.stuff .... send.help.....)

Falling in love...

with Fall!  It's rainy and dark here today.  Makes me want it to be chilly outside instead of warm and muggy...but I can pretend, right?

We're having a nice, relaxing weekend.  I went bike-riding with Colin yesterday on Russell's TALL bike - it was so much fun though...Colin chattered the whole time; I just love talking to him...he has such ideas and thoughts and emotions.  He's growing up and I love seeing that view into him.  He's a cool kid.

I had a semi-big update in my shop at Annie and Olive.  Some cute new Fall and floral print clips and pendants....aren't these yummy?

I went to Gymboree (swoon!) the other day with my friend, Kathy.  Got some cute new things for Annie at their baby sale and also got an idea of the colors of the season so I can make her clips to match!  That's the wonderful (and sometimes not-so) thing about being crafty.  The "I can make that!" thought frequently goes through my head.  But with the clippies and such, it's really all for her.  (We haven't hit the stage where everything on her head gets immediately pulled out....)
